The beach always frees my confused soul, broken heart, troubled mind, or my wandering spirit.
The waves crashing into the shore, strips away my worries.
The music of the water sings a melody of peace.
The beach is my outlet to release and be FREE!

Totally agree. Even in a storm when the waves are wilder, higher, and crash louder, there may not be peace ………. but there is a huge cleansing effect. I love the sound of the Atlantic Ocean.
