This morning I grabbed my prayer journal to release some emotions. My thoughts became letters, my letters became words, my words became phrases and my phrases became my complete thoughts. Line by line, page after page were beginning to echo my silent cry until his voice was heard– reminding me of the power of prayer and meditation.

Four pages later, my writing had jewels for conquering challenges, reminders of my self-identity, and strategies for handling relationships.
