Are you in the mood for some spring cleaning? I’m not talking about your house, but your health. If so, join me and many others as we throw out our bad eating habits to make room for better ones–like this coconut, banana and pineapple smoothie.
I’m a coconut kind of gal so it was beyond delicious and very refreshing after my intense workout at the gym.
Trust me, you need this. Try it.
SUPPLIES:
can of light coconut milk
banana(s)
ice cubes
sweetened coconut shavings
fresh pineapples chunks
blender
ESTIMATED TIME:
5 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS:
•pour 1 cup of the light coconut milk into the blender
•place your peeled banana and pineapple chunks into the blender
•add ice cubes
•blend until smooth
(Optional: add Chai seeds)
